buying procedure is a smooth and satisfactory one.
However, we understand that things can go wrong , and if as a consumer you are inn any way dissatisfied we want to know
that your are heard and that the process of resolution in transparent and fair.

Firstly, we are hear to listen so please call us first in any instance. If you you prefer to email no problem ! We will in any instance require the following details:

Name & Contact Details
Registration and Model of car.
Clear details about the complaint.
Any supporting documents if applicable

We will as always do our best to help and resolve in the speediest manner.

If you are still unhappy and all avenues have been exhausted please contact the Financial Ombudsman Authority within 6
months of the initial complaint.
