What can I say about Carnet, I don’t normally leave reviews for anything but feel I have to in this case.
I purchased my vehicle via part exchange with carnet, got a good price for old car and new one was well priced and of good mileage.
However, I did experience a problem with my new vehicle and got straight in touch with Carnet, they themselves could not get my problem fixed in a frame time I expected with their usual mechanic and garage so advised me that I could use a garage of my own choosing, I took my vehicle to my local garage where it was booked in and rectified very promptly, the invoice for the works was sent to Carnet where it was paid for immediately and I drove away happy.
Can not thank Carnet enough for the service I received, a great 2nd hand motor sales company that I shall recommend to anyone who asks,

Recently bought a Mercedes with this company without seeing the car. This due to me being from Ireland . I was given all the information I requested and later provided with a “walk around” video of the car. I thought this was an excellent way to see the car from every angle , inside and out . The car arrived to my home after a week and I was delighted. Came with four new tyres and looked exactly as shown .
Special mention to George who guided me through the entire process start to finish . He was excellent and true to his word on all queries. 10 out of 10 . I would have no hesitation buying a car here again .

I arranged a test drive and was told to take my time and enjoy the car. George had such a lovely calm manner and was very knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy. I decided to purchase the car and the whole process was so easy, George was proactive in getting documents from me so that collection was quick, he even sorted my tax and transfer of vehicle for me. I have contacted him since with a couple of queries and nothing was too much trouble for him. I love my new car !!!!

Recently went down to pick up a car and had the pleasure of speaking with George before we went down. He was extremely knowledgeable and really lovely too. When we got down, George was chatting as though we were friends and not just doing a transaction which was great. Everyone else in there was brilliant too and lovely. Very quick & efficient process too & would absolutely consider travelling here again if I was to get a new car 🙂
