Rang up 2 or 3 times about this car, was told that someone was arranging finance but had not left a deposit. I confirmed this on Friday evening with CarNet.

We arrived on Saturday morning at 9:30am. Tom greeted us, left us with the keys for the car, told us to look round it and take it for a test drive when we were ready. All was as described in the advert, test drive was fine. Went back saw Tom, lovely chap no pressure at all, bought additional warranty, dealt with all paperwork and drove it away by 12.

I purchased a Mazda CX-5 SUV a month ago from these guys and I’m very much enjoying the car.
There was slightly more minor cosmetic damage on the car when we viewed in person than was described to me when enquiring (I came from Bournemouth) but I’m not going to cry about it as this is usually the case when going to buy a vehicle.
The chap who I dealt with on the day was very friendly and threw on an extended warranty for me which allows me to be able to take the vehicle to any VAT registered garage if needed in the first 12 months (certain issues only) so as not to have to cart it back up to the midlands from Bournemouth.

So far so good – hopefully it will continue as I love the car very much.

Bit late with my review but I bought my first car from these guys back in July. It was a super quick turnaround as I’d had a bad experience with another dealership in Cannock (off the A5) and was left feeling deflated.

My mom calls me Friday afternoon saying she’d found this place in Burntwood round the corner from us and she’d found a Renault Clio for sale, which is the car I was looking at buying.

Same exact spec as the previous car I was looked at but a couple of years older, less miles and cost less too.

Went round to them half an hour later, gave the car a quick run around the car park and said we’d be back the following morning for a proper test drive.

Came back, drove well, went back and decided to buy it.

The guys were super chill and didn’t add any pressure to me, which probably helped my decision taking out the extended breakdown cover.

Told them we noticed the front headlight bulb needed replacing, which was no issue for them and said the car would be ready by Monday.

Got a call saying it was ready and on my lunch break I went round and picked the car up.

It’s been 2 months now and I’ve clocked 2000 miles into the car and I have no issues with it whatsoever.

My only negative would be that the car wasn’t 100% clean on the outside (road salt/fallout on the body work next to right side front wheel) maybe I could have asked it to be valeted I don’t know but honestly, I’ve had a blast buying all the cleaning stuff for it to do it myself so I’m not knocking any stars off.

I’d recommend these guys to anyone!

I’ve bought a Kia Optima from Carnet recently and the service I recieved was amazing from start to finish.
I called to make an appointment to view the car and we were told to take as long as we needed, let them know if we have any questions, and were left to it. I personally prefer this to having the sales person with me the entire time. I left them with my car keys as I was wanting to part exchange my car.
After a lovely test drive we went back to discuss things further.
Unfortunately, they couldn’t give me the price I needed for the car I was selling, but they did signpost me to other places where I might get more for selling my car.
In the end, I sold my car to a different dealership and contacted Carnet to check if they still had the Kia.
The only issues i had with the car were brakes that were more worn than I’d like and a few scrapes on the car. They sorted all of this out for me and sent me a comprehensive video walk round of the car to ensure I was happy with it. They even fixed a patch of the drivers seat that had a small rip that I hadn’t even mentioned to them.
When the other dealership had to change collection date for my previous car, carnet held onto the car for longer for me.
Overall, they went above and beyond to ensure a customer was happy.
I would definitely shop here again and recommend to others.

Left it over 4 months before leaving a review. Bought a Kia Ceed 4 back in May and primarily dealt with George over the phone, very helpful, gave a full video tour of the car, sent me any close up images i asked for. He also advised of a couple of scuffs which they had repaired. The car was advertised for a square price and the pictures showed the condition to reflect that. We travelled down from Bolton so obviously not exactly round the corner, so we were relaint on a good distance condition report. Carnet are well set up for their operation. The premises are immaculate, the car was displayed in their main bay as the sole car, beautifully valeted and presented. David the owner was very welcoming and the customer suite upstairs is very professional. We were able to test drive the car for as long as we wished. There was no haggling. They are experienced sales people and know the standard of the cars they sell. The 3 month standard guarantee is carefully tailored to sidestep any wear and tear issues and if it’s peace of mind you seek, pay for an extended guarantee. I rather believe that if you buy a well kept car that is from a reliable car manufacturer, you won’t need the extra. The car has been faultless, unless you include a quick 30 minute £30 kerbside autos job to put a new pair of drop links on. Definitely a recommended dealer. 5 stars all round. If only George would get back to me on what the valeter uses for that ‘new car’ smell…..

For the 1st time in buying a car I went to look at a lovely Red Scirocco with my niece and no boyfriend/brother to help me! After checking the car over and having a test drive I decided it was what I wanted,George was so helpful and didn’t pressure me at all which made the sale so straightforward! I couldn’t wait to collect my car but due to a few issues changing my private plate I didn’t think I’d ever get it but George was so understanding and eventually I got my car! Recently purchased my dream car whilst i was working in eygpt!!! Inquired about the vehicle, had a rapid response which included a full video of the whole car. Within 24hours the finance was sorted, a small holding deposit was paid and the car was mine!!! Contacted the dealership after seeing a wonderful Toyota Yaris 65 plate for sale at a great price (August 2020). I was booked in for an appointment. On arrival, I was given the keys for the car and told to give them a shout if I needed anything. I love that we weren’t given some huge speech trying to sell the car or dealership and instead they allowed us to get on with what we wanted to do -inspect the vehicle. The car was immaculate so we agreed to purchase. The payment method was simple, they accepted a deposit and said we could pay the remaining balance after they got the car ready for the sale (they do also accept finance) It was ready to collect within a couple of days. It was gifted to my mom and she has had absolutely no issues with it. Polite, professional and it was a no fuss purchase. I would definitely recommend
