Recently purchased vehicle from the team in burntwood, I generally dont do reviews etc but due to the great service that was provided by the team I thought that it did deserve one, hate singling out, but Tom and George where great, customer support was fantastic and they couldnt do enough for me, needed a vehicle really quickly as some oxygen theif decided to park thier van in the side of my car on a roundabout, went online found carnet and vehicle I was interested in after 8pm which George answered my enquiry within minutes and literally by 1pm next day had the vehicle on my drive. Minor issues with the car like seat and service was due but Tom was straight onto it and had repair and service both booked in with no hassle, these would have been done before having car but they knew I was in need of the vehicle really quickly due to commuting into work so they gave me the vehicle with the promise of service and repair to the seat which they kept thier word and completed, Im really happy with my purchase and service that was provided by the team. I genuinely would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle who wants hassle free service and having peace of mind that you aint going get fobbed off after purchase, at least give them the opportunity, I would definitely use them again from personal experience.

What can I say about Carnet, I don’t normally leave reviews for anything but feel I have to in this case.
I purchased my vehicle via part exchange with carnet, got a good price for old car and new one was well priced and of good mileage.
However, I did experience a problem with my new vehicle and got straight in touch with Carnet, they themselves could not get my problem fixed in a frame time I expected with their usual mechanic and garage so advised me that I could use a garage of my own choosing, I took my vehicle to my local garage where it was booked in and rectified very promptly, the invoice for the works was sent to Carnet where it was paid for immediately and I drove away happy.
Can not thank Carnet enough for the service I received, a great 2nd hand motor sales company that I shall recommend to anyone who asks,
